Take 2: Randy Drake to speak on February 11

Due to inclement weather we had to cancel our meeting on February 4. We have been able to reschedule Randy Drake for this week and he will be speaking on the topic of "Building New Homes in Historic Pasadena Neighborhoods". We hope you will be able to join us.

Randy owns and operates Drake Printing Company, a 57 year old business located on Munger Street in Pasadena. The firm prints color brochures and advertising materials for local businesses.

Other recent projects include redeveloping old retail space on Munger, Main, and Shaver Streets into 47,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space.

Randy serves as president of San Jacinto Community Development Corporation, a non profit whose mission is to build new homes in older neighborhoods in Pasadena.

Randy is a life long Pasadena resident, where he attended Pasadena High School. Randy attended San Jacinto College and Baylor University. He serves on various non profit boards, including the Pasadena Rotary Foundation. Randy served as President of the Pasadena Rotary Club in 2000-2001.
