I just attended the last planning meeting for the Rotary Zone Institute that is happening next week and was very excited to see what they have planned. I have been asked to coordinate the Sergeants-at-Arms for the event (or, as we're calling them, Texas Rotary Rangers). After looking at the final schedule, it occurred to me that we could use a few more volunteers to ensure a smooth-running event.
So I wanted to reach out to see if you or someone in your club might be willing to volunteer as a Rotary Ranger next week. This will be the first opportunity District 5890 has to play host city to Rotarians from across North America in advance of the RI Convention next June!
